Could you let me know what version of Sophos Core Agent your devices are currently running? A fix for this issue is being rolled out with version 2022.1.1.3 of the Sophos Core Agent.
If you require access to this version sooner, I suggest reaching out to our Support team so that your site can be moved into an earlier release group.
Update: Core Agent Version 2022.1.1.3 has been superseded by version 2022.2.1 and is no longer being released out to customer environments. This is due to a Wi-Fi issue that was found with this version. The release dates for core agent 2022.2.1 are still in the planning stages.
If you have a need for version 2022.1.1.3, I suggest reaching out to our Support team so that your environment can be moved into the appropriate release group.
The update should now be rolled out to all customers. Let me know if you continue to experience issues once your device has updated.

I suggest opening a support case with our team so that you can request to be moved to a different release group. This way you can ensure that your devices receive the 2022.1.1.3 Core Agent update.
This Core Agent update has been superseded by version 2022.2.1. The release dates for the new version are still in the planning stages.
You can open a support case with our team either by calling our support phone number or by using the Support Portal. It is also possible to create a support case directly from Sophos Central, however, you will need to have a Support Portal account set up already.
