Sohpos Endopoint detects my application as if it were malware

Dear Sirs of Sophos,

I can't remember how many emails I've sent you in two years.

We have a company that sell a software.

Two years ago sophos started to detect our application as malware.

We've been sending you messages, sending you everything you need to whitelist her, telling us you were going to do it, but you never do it

You're putting our business at risk because many companies have your software and no longer want to run tests.

The last option is typing here in order that you can give us a final solution.

Ask us for anything you need.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. If you have any past reference cases, would you please PM me the case you have registered? In the Sophos Central, an administrator will have the option to allow ML/PE-A detection that he believes to be incorrect. Doing so will restore the file and related components and stop it from being detected again in the environment. Please check this article for more information and see if it is helpful.

    Thank you for providing the case numbers. I have checked those and it seems that one of them was closed as there was no response on the emails and the other one was closed as there was no licensing information provided. I would suggest you open the case from registered email address and all the licence details so that Support can follow up with Sophos Labs for the submission of this application. Also, you might check the article provided earlier on this thread and see if it helps.
