We've recently noticed getting this error message when trying to do a manual install of version 10.0.1 on an M1 Macbook Air with Rosetta 2. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a fix available? Any insight would be appreciated

Hi Roger, what happens if you click 'deny' does the install continue or fail?
If we click Deny, it fails to install the app. We've been having to reinstall the OS to get around this
Hi Roger, we're struggling to reproduce this error.
We'd usually ask for an SDU but without the product installed that approach won't work.
If you could zip up our diagnostics logs and share them with DropBox or OneDrive or something similar that would be great. You can DM me the link and I'll get them to an engineer for analysis.
The diagnostics files can be found here:
/Library/Logs/SophosDiagnostics*

We are using the 10.0.1 installer
Thanks Roger, the installer has its own version number (eg. 1.3.4). If you could right click and send us that along with any diagnostics logs we can take a deeper look.
