    I am very unhappy with Sophos at the moment. After putting up with a popup box for what seems like forever saying "SOPHOS ANTIVIRUS IS NOT RUNNING" (i never turned it off) and only giving me an option to click OK in the checkbox, after which it went away without saying or doing anything else, now i have finally been able to update the product after several failed attempts. Now yesterday i started a scan of over 7 million files. In the scan box it said "NO ITEMS IN SCAN" but it appeared to be scanning as normal the 7 million plus files as the numbers of files kept going down as it normally would. Finally late last night (after scanning for about 18 hours) it reached 0 and apparently finished the scan. But now it doesn't report any results whatsoever good or bad? What gives here? I know that Sophos is a FREE antivirus, but it apparently has not worked properly for me for sometime now. C'mon now Sophos. Get it together! please! If anyone has had the same issue or can offer any kind of assistance here i would appreciate your help please? :)

    Sorry you're experiencing this issue Robert, we are aware of it internally and are working on a fix. I will communicate once we have a release window.

    Ok it's been over a month now. Any fixes/resolution to this issue yet? or if not at least an estimated timetable as to when we can expect one? Im still getting the same pop-up saying "SOPHOS ANTIVIRUS IS NOT RUNNING".
