Since yesterday I get the error that Sophos Antivirus could not updated. In the SEC I can read the error-code 000000d0.
A new installation or a deinstallation with the removal-tool always fails.
I have a MacBook with Mac OS X Sierra. The actual Sophos version is 9.5.4 .It is possible to reinstall or deinstall Sophos manually?

this sounds like it's SEC-managed - Endpoint would be the better group.
Anyway, unless something really bad happened a reinstall (from a copy of the ESCOSX directory or otherwise similar to the initial install) should work. The removal tool is only necessary if a) you want to uninstall and b) the on-board removal utility has disappeared. Again this is supposed to work - most of the time but might fail for the same reason the Remove (and prior to that apparently the regular updating) failed. Please see the article for further steps (checking the Installer log is for example a good idea).
IMO especially for a managed version (regardless of the OS) it's better to check the logs as first response and not to immediately and unconditionally try a reinstall, uninstall, removal tool sequence in whatever order as the repeated attempts likely obscure the initial issue in the logs. Too late for this issue though.
You can post the (relevant part of) the log here, just want to mention that the managed licensed version entitles you to direct Support as well.

My first idea was to check the logfiles on SEC and locally on my MacBook. I can mount the update-directories manually. This is not the problem. The client gets the guidelines very well but at least I get the error: Installer Error.
The uninstallation with the Sophos Removal Tool or a new installation allways failed.
Now I need a method to deinstall the Sophos Antivirus manually (without Removal Tool).

Installer Error
install/uninstall errors are not on the Sophos log but usually in /var/log/install.log. And as said, the Removal tool is not the magic wand but might fail for the same reason as the Installer.
I need a method to deinstall
obviously - but the only reasonable method to deal with cases where the "standard" procedures and "emergency" tools fail is to determine (and resolve) the actual cause. An installer performs dozens of actions and while in theory you could do this by hand it'd take quite some time and likely you'll also run into the same error.

I think [SMEReceiptClient.m:198] Failed to launch receipt at /Library/Application Support/Sophos/opm/Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/tools/InstallationDeployer. launch path not accessible indicates the error. Unfortunately I don't know what it actually means, all I know is that the receipts should be in /var/db/receipts/ (with names matching com.sophos.*). But then, I thought that the Removal tool should handle errors with the receipts - do you get the same messages in the log when running the tool?
Maybe someone from Sophos (Aditya Patel?) can say more?

As for the Failed to launch receipt/launch path not accessible - I've no idea which path it is referring to. I'd suggest that you contact Support directly, this is the licensed on-premise version and support is included.

Hello,
now, my problem is solved.
I had to copy the installer to the system and then open a terminal window.
Then I had to run sudo <Path to installer app>/Contents/MacOS/tools/InstallationDeployer --force_remove
After this I could install Sophos without any errors.
