How to remove "SpiGot" manually?

Hi i wonder how to manually remove the Spigot malware?

Here comes the log.

Sophos Version: 1.2.2 for Mac.

https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/118117 won't help since i couldn't find Quarantine Manager at all...
