Where to Download Sophos Anti Virus (SAV) Home Edition 9.5.2 Reffered to as "Classic" (now that there also is a "Cloud" Edition)

I would like a download link to the installer.

I understand you will only provide  on your website a way to download the new Cloud based Anti Virus.

But as this version, Sophos Anti Virus (SAV) Home Edition "Classic" has a lot more feature, you must be aware that users of it might (not yet) want to update to the (still immature) Cloud based Sophos Anti Virus.

So until then i suppose you better make a forum threats that offers a download link to the "Classic" Sophos Anti Virus for Mac Latest version & versions ended for lower versions of Mac OS X.

In this same threats you can keep users updated about differences between "Classic" & "Cloud" with information about new features, features in "Classic" not yet in "Cloud", extra feature's "Cloud" offers that are not available in "Classic", etc

    We still offer support for both the "classic" Home Edition as well as the new Sophos Home product, although we are definitely emphasizing the Sophos Home product much more and recommend users start with that.

    I also suggest getting involved in the Sophos Home community forum to champion the features you feel the product is missing. That team continues to work hard to build out the feature set that consumers need, and will appreciate your honest feedback.

    The "classic" installer downloaded from that link appears to have a file missing. When I run the "classic" installer from that link it fails with the message:

    • The Installer Cannot Continue - The "Sophos Installer Components" folder is missing required files. View install.log for more information.

    The downloaded file (savosx_he_r.zip) unpacks to a folder containing

    • Sophos Anti-Virus Home Edition (Application)
    • Sophos Installer Components (Folder)
      • av-data (Folder)
      • savi-bundle (Bundle)
      • (there is no .plist file) <<< is this file missing?

    My Mac is running macOS latest release (non-beta)

    I am getting the same error.

    Does anyone monitor this forum - its been a week, and still the currently downloaded installer fails.

    This is a well known phenomenon with the new Gatekeeper features in macOS Sierra. A workaround is covered by a knowledge base article here:
