Hi guys,

new user of Sophos..first time here,

HOME EDITION 9.2.7

what doies it means the answer found in the window,at the end of the first scan?

and ..see second attachment: what does it means..11 issues found?

there is no explanation .

    Hi Anne,

    Unfortunately the videos are temporarily unavailable, but should be back online shortly.

    In the mean time, I'll just let you know that you can generally ignore the "issues detected" message. What it indicates is that SAV encountered a file that it could not scan - generally this is due to corruption or the file being encrypted.

    If you  follow the instructions on jak's post above, you can see exactly which files were skipped. If it's just a couple, it's probably nothing to worry about.
