Allowed Websites

After upgrading my operating system to Mavericks, for some reason Sophos blocks one particular URL, even though I have added this URL to System Preferences > Web Protection > Allowed Websites. Is anyone else having an issue with the Allow Websites feature?

    My apologies for not responding sooner. The site worked fine after my last post and continues to work fine (I just logged on to it)...It hasn't been used for a couple of weeks because my wife is in Thailand visiting family. I will pass on your guidance about Mac to the Thai technician. I have not acted on your guidance since the website is working...Will readress the situation when wife returns in a few months. Thanks for your help.
