Unable to permanently remove Mal/DrodCab_A

Question

Sophos is detecting the file Mal/DrodCab_A on my iMac OS X Yosemite v. 10.10.3 but I am unable to permanently delete it. Can't get a file path and often the file disappears before or as soon as I unlock the computer to deal with the threat file. Sophos seems to detect the threat only when I am connected to the Internet, but I'm not 100% sure about this. Anyone have experience with this threat? Is it a serious threat? If so, what do I do to deal with it?

Sophos Anti-Virus.log shows the following:

com.sophos.intercheck: 2015-04-22 15:47:14 +1000 Threat: 'Mal/DrodCab-A' detected in

com.sophos.intercheck: Access to the file denied

It's a old(er) Windows threat so your Mac is OK ( https://www.sophos.com/en-us/threat-center/threat-analyses/viruses-and-spyware/Mal~DrodCab-A.aspx). 
 You can have a look in the logs and see if there is a full path. See this video... 
 You may want to run an on-demand scan of the whole computer - when you're not using the computer so you can close all applications and disconnect from the network to see if that detects the file. 
 You can also change the default 'deny access' setting to deny and move the threat. Example:
