I have recently completed an all files and folders scan of my Mac.
The attached screen grab shows the outcome; one threat where the automatic cleanup was unsuccesful and I'm asked to do a manual cleanup. Although the scan covered all files on my Mac, it also looked at my external backup disc (Samsung). The threat is on the external hard-drive only. I know that it came via an email attachment so I'm puzzled as to why this should be. Any thoughts? Is the action for a manual cleanup the same when dealing with a threat on an external device? Thanks
