It seems that I have 2 cases of malware on my computer and I don't know how to get rid of them. I tried first using the cleanup option in the quaratine manager, which, of course, did not work. So then I tried doing the manual cleanup, I followed the article to the letter and after running the custom scan with the setting on for the option to delete the threat when its found, it still says that two threats are found! Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't those have been deleted? I am at a complete loss and I am also quite annoyed that there is no phone number to call (getting this antivirus wasn't my choice, it was mandatory through my university). Can someone please help me out?
I attached a screen shot of the current scans. Also, I've tried this 3 separate times.
