I have set up Sophos Secure Email on a user's iPhone running iOS 15.0.1. Everything seems to be working fine apart from the fact the user has noticed that a few contacts have not exported across to his device. When we go into the Sophos Email app and go into the contacts, we can see all contacts in there.
Is anyone able to assist to explain or advise why this is happening, please? I haven't long set up the Sophos email app on the user's device, so not sure if it's still taking time to sync everything across, but it has been about an hour or so.
I have also checked the user's Outlook and can see the contacts that have not been exported across.
This is no longer required as I have figured out the issue. Previous email app user was using also had contacts exported. As soon as we deleted these contacts and used from Sophos all contacts were back to normal.
