Anyway which ever one, and with any game (well mostly) figure out what service the players are using to play it, i.e. play station network, Xbox live, steam (PC).
Then scour the internet for their servers IP addresses, google works. Then add then to web control, basically no online games will work.
However it would be nice to know more of the situation because there are other ways to do this, for example if it is a computer you may be able to block the application, if this is Xbox or play station there are parental controls you can set.
