[SAV-LINUX] Scan error '1/0xffffffff8007000e: Threat Scan Error' detected on Debian

weird email received

An error classified as '1/0xffffffff8007000e: Threat Scan Error' was detected in the file '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libedit.so.2.0.59' when attempting to open it 
at Thu Jan  3 15:34:06 2019 CET +0300 (2019-01-03 14:34:06 UTC).  Access to the file was allowed.


This library is a Debian official one: packages.debian.org/.../filelist

I think Sophos was wrong

Linux Debian 10 Buster
Sophos: SAV: 9.15.1, Engine: 3.74.2, Data: 5.58

AFAIK we see this error when there is a lack of resources available which results in a timeout while the scan is being performed. If there are not enough resources, for instance, Disk I/O, CPU or Network I/O, etc. the scan can timeout.

Is this happening frequently or was it the first time this occurred?

It was the first time it occures, while i was testing a script eating ressources.
