Thank you again for making a great product available for home use.
What is the recommended process for user authentication for Sophos XG Home users (who don't run AD or LDAP servers)?
I have installed the Sophos Windows Client on all home Windows PCs, have each launching at user login, and logging in with users' sophos user login. However, while I can see that the PC and the client software are connected in the Sophos XG Admin interface, I do not see any internet activity and it is not filtered by user.
I'm running a mix of Windows, Android, and iOS devices. I imagine there will be some mix of installing client software, and using a captive portal for logging in.
There didn't seem to be resolution in a previous thread with similar question:
I assume there are others out there with use scenarios similar to mine.
How should I authenticate users on XG Home network?
