RESOLVED Virus Removal Tool ver. 2.6.1 - EM : "Failed to Update"

** Applied Resolution: de-installed & re-installed ver 2.6.1 - now functioning normally **

Hi, I just started my (free) version of your Virus removal tool (v2.6.1) it starts but reports that it cannot update (Check Internet connex)

Internet connection is good, but this does not convince 'Sophos' ... OS = Win10 Pro x64 latest build + Updates applied.

Sophos has function flawlessly to-date in previous versions.

EM :

While this is not of any immediate importance, I would like to know if I will be forced to resort to manual download & install of the version on the website prior to each 'Run'.
