How to remove corrupted files that was detected

2018-04-27 07:22:58 -0700 Issue: 'corrupted file' detected in '/Users/xxxxxxx/Library/Caches/com.spotify.client/Data/0b/0b0869c3c5870dd4fb228909d531dfeec3317857.file'

 

I added the "xxx" where my name is. But where do I go in to actually remove this? I tried a search but nothing came up. Thank you
