Hi,
when I try to upload a background image for an Ilias lerner certificate, I get an error like
-virus_scan_error- -virus_scan_message- Could not open /tmp/phpJaZAko [2]
In spite of the error, the image is uploaded. I can see the image in the export version (.zip) of the certificate. Still, I cannot get a preview of the certificate.
The error does not appear, if I switch off savscan in Ilias setup.
What could go wrong here?
