Estoy utilizando Sophos Antivirus en Mac desde hace un tiempo y me va muy bien. Pero desde hace poco, no puedo iniciar Jdownloader.
Al pulsar el icono de Jdownloader, Sophos lo bloquea y muestra el siguiente mensaje:
File Encryption Blocked
JavaApplicationStub
Si le doy a Mostrar, pone:
File encryption activity from the following process is blocked. For your protection, Sophos Home has terminated the process.
If this is a trusted application, you can permit it to run from the dashboard.
Le doy a View Dashboard y me lleva al navegador, a una página donde se supone que puedo configurar la aplicación para darle permisos.
Si le doy a Ignorar, sigue bloqueandolo.
Si le doy a: Did we get this wrong?; Muestra el siguiente mensaje:
We detected an application behaving suspiciously. Let us know if you think this is wrong by clicking the 'Report' button below. Alternatively if you'd like us to stop preventing this activity, add an exclusion by clicking 'Report and exclude' below.
Le marco Report and exclude, pero igualmente sigue bloqueandolo.
¿Que puedo hacer para permitir que este programa funcione?
