Sophos Home Free downloading speed is EXTREMELY SLOW

In attention to Admins or Technical Support..

I'm downloading Sophos Home Free and the download speed is on average 40KB/s, whilst any other download I'm doing goes approx 20x faster. I'm downloading from UK.

Maybe this is a problem with your servers that needs investigation?

Did you check with a different browser? please try downloading in Incognito mode. let me know if the issue persists.

Incognito mode helped a bit... not as much with the speed, as with not failing the download by the time it was almost finished.
