Hi all, we need some help with installation of Patch SGN800LockDelayHotfix:
Our scenario is:
OS: Windows 10 Pro Build 1607
Safeguard Client: Sophos Safeguard Client 8.00.0.251
Sophos SafeGuard Client COnfiguration 8.00.2.16
Sophos SafeGuard Preinstall 8.00.0.251
Partition layout:
Partition 1: OS
Partition 2: Pagefile
Partition 3: Data/User Profile
We are trying to install SGN800LockDelayHotfix to fix login delay issue but the hotfix fails during installation process. Issue seems to be similar to this one: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/124301

We identified a specific registry key that is creating the issue (in bold):

If we remove this key, installation completes successfully.
Could you please give an explanation why we face this problem?
