Hi,
since some days we´ve a crazy problem. As anybody know, if you reset the user password in AD (cause user forgotten pw), you also have to delete the user certificate, so that the new one is generated with the new AD password.
Since 4 days, the user certificate is not generated automatically anymore. If I create the certificate manually, it´s working.
We´ve version 8.00.0.251.
Server restart changed nothing. All Safeguard services are running. Database intergrity is OK.
I´ve found one thing thats was changed. We´ve our UPN names.
Maybe sophos can´t assign the correct user logged on, to the user in the database?
Has anyone an idea, why this happens or better not happens anymore?
