Error 00000057 I can't get past

When trying to encrypt a client from the console, I get the 00000057 error. I've read the knowledgebase and checked program files and the registry. Both contain nothing from the encryption client (only a icon file in program files).

I've re-imaged the laptop, but still I get the same error. Is there something else I can try? This laptop really needs encryption! ;)

    Hello, Ive found this problem with a few of our end users computers. this error happens when there are still pending updates or drivers are needed to be updated. Install all the drivers in the Cabs Dell provide then run this program that find any you miss: www.dell.com/.../SLN85571 . Once done that make sure all windows updates are done and thn run the encryption. This solved the issue for me.
