Background image in POA

Hello,

I added an image to the Images section of Policies and then configured the Base - General Settings policy to use the image as a background in POA.  However, I decided I did not like that and put the setting back to "Not Configured" however the image is still showing as a background in POA. 

What needs to be done to remove the image from the POA background?

    Hi Rachel,

    As you have changed the policy settings it should revert back to the default.

    1. Please login to Safeguard Enterprise Console | Users and Computers  

    2. From the left-hand side, select the machine you have the issue. 

    3. Now, on the right-hand side, look under Last policy received

    4. Check if the policy is updated after you made the changes.
