Safeguard message - Sorry, this computer is locked. Shutdown button only.

 Safeguard Client 7.00.2.23 using native device encryption (bit locker) on Windows 7 Enterprise.  Safeguard Management Center 8.00.2.16.

User logs into Windows okay then gets this message.  Does not stop them from using the computer.  They can just move the message dialog out of the way.  My understanding is that this means user is locked out (from safeguard client side).  Windows account is okay.  The user did change their Windows password twice today which might have caused or contributed to the problem.

User has restarted and logged into the machine several times but still same result.  Not sure how to proceed and looking for any knowledge and help.
