Hello!
I installed the safeguard 8 preinstall, client, config on the windows 10 Lenovo T470s.
After reboot the laptop, I got the popup for pin number but it poped up continuously.
Strange thing is Legacy Boot Configuration was working normally.
Only UEFI Boot configuration Laptop has not been working now.
Please let me know how to solve for that.

Is this in Windows or at POST (just after the computer turns on and completes its Power On Self Test)

This will be because the policy is enforcing TPM+PIN. This is the recommended option.
Perhaps you would want to change your Authentication policy to TPM only?
If you use the drop down here I've circled to change to TPM on the Authentication policy you have configured.
Don't forget to set the fallback one too for the devices that don't have TPM. I've used password for my non-TPM devices - not keen on startup key!
