We're overhauling our Office deployment and one of the issues we face is that whilst running through the deployment process (uninstalling previous Office versions) a reboot is required. This poses an issue if, say, trying to roll this out in the evening - the software uninstalls but would only reinstall when the user next logs on - not an ideal experience.
I'm interested to hear how some of you approach this problem where a reboot is required and the installation cannot proceed beyond the disk encryption login screen at boot.
