Missing POA or key information. Please check computer's inventory

I was attempting to perform a Safeguard Challenge. When I entered the user's computer name an error appeared reading "Missing POA or key information. Please check computer's inventory". I cannot bypass this to continue the Challenge. Please let me know what needs to be done to complete this task. Thanks.

    I'm having the same issue with a Windows 10 computer encrypted with BitLocker. The console shows the computer, the encrypted drive, etc. but when I try to use the Recovery Wizard, I get this message after entering the computer name and click next. The computer has SafeGuard client v7.0.2 installed.
