Missing POA or key information. Please check computer's inventory

I was attempting to perform a Safeguard Challenge. When I entered the user's computer name an error appeared reading "Missing POA or key information. Please check computer's inventory". I cannot bypass this to continue the Challenge. Please let me know what needs to be done to complete this task. Thanks.

I am not the one who submitted this originally but I am having the same issue with the machine. The software is installed but it does not show in the Inventory on the console.
can you help me?
