workstation is locked perform challenge/response to unlock,

I encriptei User of a laptop, however when he did shutdown the laptop. After restarting the system screen appears POA, but no matter if I enter the correct password, because the OK button is disabled (grayed out). Also the following message appears: "workstation is locked perform challenge / response to unlock".

please i need help

Hi thelastdogg,
After a number of failed login attempts, the machine becomes locked and a challenge response process is required in order to unlock the machine and enable login.
Please follow the instructions in the article 'SafeGuard Power-on Authentication does not allow to logon and shows "Workstation is locked! Perform Challenge/Response to unlock' on how to do this.
