I can see some basic instructions on the forum that look like this:
The following components are upgraded during an upgrade to the latest version of SafeGuard Enterprise. Carry out the upgrade in the order shown below:

- SafeGuard Enterprise protected endpoints
- SafeGuard Enterprise configuration packages
- SafeGuard Enterprise Web Helpdesk
This is useful, but are there detailed instructions on performing this upgrade? It's easy enough to snapshot and backup the database, but it would be nice to see:
- A list of known issues.
- A description of exactly which EXE's should be used.
- Some info on what the install advisor does.
- Best method for updating the existing protected endpoints?
Can someone please link me to this sort of info, because I'm not finding it when I search.
