SCCM - Migrate from XP to WIN7 with Sophos Encryption

I have just been told that we have to upgrade about 100 laptops from XP to windows7 but they have sophos encryption on it. Has anyone managed to do this with SCCM?

    We have successfully done this in our organization to about 140 Laptops. Using SCCM with an AutoIT script executable package I made. if you or someone has some knowledge of AutoIT its very do-able. 

    We just also purchased VM's product Horizon Mirage which we were able to deploy Windows 7 without the need to decrypt any systems! Mirage made our windows 7 deployment very easy, I highly recommned its use.
