POA hungs up in grey loading screen, but only if Windows is restarted.

Hi,

I´ve a little problem with 2 new bought Lenovo Thinkpad T540p laptops.

The problem also appears on Lenovo Thinkpad L540.

I´ve installed Windows 7 and the latest version of Sophos Safeguard Enterprise 6.10.0.372

If i normally start the Notebook everything works like it has to, but if i´m restarting Windows the POA doesn´t go further than the grey loading screen.

I´ve already played with Bios Settings but nothing seems to help. The latest Bios version is installed.

Has anyone had this and maybe also a solution?

    We had the issue with Thinkpad W540. It commonly happens when the device is restarted. It was fixed by turning off USB 2.0 support. You need to press Shift + F7 when you boot.

    Shift+F7 does not do anything. It recognizes the shift key because it says "shift has been pressed, waiting for hot key" I'm currently testing this on two T540p laptops. I have tried pressing the combination repeatedly and pressing and holding it. Neither one works. Is there another combination i can try or am i somehow doing it wrong? Thank you!
