When attempting a C/R on one computer, I receive an error that reads "Cannot obtain computer key" I can also get the C/R system to give me the error of "Cannot obtain user key". What makes this frustrating is that I can find both the computer key and the user key in the MC. So far I have tried all the suggestions I could find (Checking date/time in bios, verifying computer name, verified user name (even ran it without a user),
Additionally, when I follow the instruction for accessing data by slaving hard drives, I receive an error when trying to add the key to my user "An error has occured during key generation"
Basically, at this point, I am unable to unlock the computer or recover files.
Any suggestions?
