    Hi Ajit,

    If you have a Support contract, you will get a much faster response by calling the Sophos Support team. Support are here reasonably but it's not as targeted than just calling support directly.

    Hi Ajit,

    Could you provide some basic information to your issue please, ie:

     - What version of SafeGuard are you running (6.0, 6.10, 7.0, 8.0 etc)?
     - Is it Easy or Enterprise?
     - Full Disk Encryption or BitLocker?
     - What Operating System are you running?
     - What's the make / model of your laptop? If applicable.
     - Have you tried any troubleshooting / KBs so far?

    In most of the cases the issue is fixed by using Shift+F6 (or Shift+Fn+F6 if your laptop has a Function key).

    If using the keys above doesn't solve it please go to BIOS > check SATA controller settings > change from the existing value to ATA/IDE/compatible/legacy and try again (without and then - if needed - with the hotkeys).

     - What's the make / model of your laptop? If applicable. Dell Precision
     - Have you tried any troubleshooting / KBs so far?
