Back up and recovery process (Safeguard Entreprise + Lancrypt)

Hello,

I'm trying to find a process in order to do a back up of my sophos server (Safeguard Encryption 6.0.1 and Lan Crypt 3.90) and also a process to do some recovery test. The goal is to be ready in case of problems with our servers.

I search around inside sophos documentation but only find this link : community.sophos.com/.../108156

Any suggestions or links would be very helpful.
