To start off i am very new to Sophos and was given the task of setting up the File Encryption for a designated Network Drive, i was wondering if you can assist me, i have the same problem with connection between the server and the client in the Sophos SG File Encryption 7. The policies i have put into place are correct and have placed the client end on the local admin then logged in through a user from my active directory. but on the client end it still says no connection and also states that the bpolicy has not been updated since the first time I installed it. i am running Server 2008 r2 and client end are windows 7 (32 and 64) also Mac Osx 10.10 Yosemite.
