SafeGuard Client Failed Sync to SGN Server with SSL (HTTPS)

Hi All

I had problem on SafeGuard Enterprise Deployment with SSL as Transport Encryption. I realize the problem may come from the SGN Client when do sync with SGN Server using Computer Name instead FQDN and make SGN Client reject the connection. Please find screen shoot on file attached and please your advice how to resolve this issue.

    Hi Chris,

    Now it's working, the source of this problem is Sophos web filtering on UTM v9.2

    When I switch ON web filtering, all the sync on SafeGuard Client Failed, I already add exception on the web filtering, I also add DNS Static Host, but the problem still persist, Please your advice on this.
