Currently running Safeguard Enterprise 7 with whole disk encryption on all of our laptops and running through potential scenarios of users losing their laptops. What steps, if any, can be done through Safeguard Management Center to mitigate risk on a lost/stolen laptop where the user has made their POA login known or readily accessible? (for instance, if they left their credentials accessible on a sticky note or something similarly ridiculous)
I realize remote wipe isn't an option; but with a public facing SGN site for client synchronization, are there any creative policies that can effectively render the laptop unusable once a logged-in, stolen laptop syncronizes with the SGN server?
