Safeguard agent showing incorrect information

Hi All,

As per subject above, does anyone encounter such issue example agent OS, Disk showing incorrect incorrect information or missing in Management Center eventhough agent successfull scynchronize with server?. Thanks

    Scenario/ Issue:

    -Agent didn't show machine OS even though agent was successfully synchronize with  server (MC).

    I actually haven´t seen issues so far were the inventory was reported and the OS info was missing (assuming a supported OS was used).

    What occasionally occurs is, that a client reports a different Domain Netbios Name as the synchronized AD. In this case the client (and its inventory) can be found in the "autoregistered" node of the root.

    -MC showing agent have multiple fixed drive which physically check at user machine those drive not available or detect by OS (might be related with your explanation)

    The inventory of the drives is not dynamically updated. When a drive has been attached when the inventory was reported to the server, it will stay there even if the drive is removed from the client at a later point in time. 

    The improved handling regarding fixed/removable drives that I mentioned earlier, is described in the following KBA:
