I have a windows 7 laptop that is encrypted, I have plugged it into the network. and it will not sync/connect with the encryption server. I have right clicked on the Sophos icon and chose the sync option. the last sync/ policy update shows August of 2015.
I have restarted the Transport service on the server that holds the Safeguard Management Center. This did not do anything to help.
