SGN 8.0 :: Inventory issue with couple of laptops

Hi Folks,

 

 

Currently, we have upgraded the SGN to 8.0 from 7. And we are in the phase of migrating all Clients through the script. as of now, we migrated approximately 50 machines on SGN 8.0 but in some of the windows10 laptops are communicating to server & showing status as the owner but not showing the inventory details.

Earlier, those clients were running on older version of Pre-install / Client installers, We also tried upgrading their versions on the latest but no use. attaching the screenshot for more reference.  anyone has an idea why these things are happening.

    Hi  

    Please check the following:

    1. Check if there are multiple entries for the machines that don't display inventory.

    2. Make sure you have all the hotfixes installed.

    3. If the machine is communicating properly with the console, you can delete the machine and manually sync the machine, it should communicate back and transfer it's inventory.
