Unable to install SGN Server

I am setting up a virtual enviroment to test the Sophos Safeguard but i am unable to install the SGN Server application. I have tried installing the Microsoft Visual c++ 2015 Redistributable but this fails. Also tried doing the Windows update for this but this also fails.

    Hi Rajesh,

    Please help me with the following:

    1. What it the OS version?

    2. What is the version of SGN?

    Also, did you run the installation advisor?

    Is it possible to upload the log file to the drive and share the link in DM? So that i could look into it and assist you further.
