All users can log on Window 10 - Safeguard V8

Good Morning,

We have upgraded Sophos Safeguard Management from v7 to V8 without any issues. We then upgraded our packages and install on a laptop with Windows 7 => no issue, same behaviour than with v7.

Then we have install packages on a laptop with Windows 10 with Bitlocker, no big issues (some fights with TPM in BIOS, laptop HP Elitebook 1040) and here is the result:

- first user to log on became owner (as expected) and everything seems fine in Safeguard Management Centre

- however we tried to log on with others Windows User (having account in our Active Directory) and everybody can log on! That shouldn't be the case. What cab be wrong? What did we missed in the configuration?

Hi Eric,

There is no POA with Windows 10, you would need to look into the authentication policies to check the status of the of "Windows users are allowed to log in".
