Question on Re-encrypting files under a new key

Hi,

I have a Lancrypt key set with many different folder rules set up under it. I have a need to encrypt 2 of those folders with a different/new key. The largest folder is about 10GB in total size, but has about 26K files and 6K folders in the structure. Just wondering if anyone had an idea on the best way to move these to a new key?

Hi Dave,

Those files would need to be decrypted and then the new key should be used. I believe you have a problem with decrypting files or access to files. I suggest you create a support ticket to assist you further.
