Windows 7 SafeGuard Encryption Error

We have just setup SafeGuard 8 and are in the process of testing some laptops. I am able to encrypt Windows 10 laptops however I am unable to get a Windows 7 laptop to encrypt. It is a Dell Latitude 7440, i5, AHCI enabled, .NET 4, Bios updated and all Windows patches. The SafeGuard client installs and I can see it in the SafeGuard manager. But I see errors in the SafeGuard event Viewer. 2072 Kernel initialization has failed. Internal code: 0x20000042. This error is followed by error 3007 Kernel backup failed and then 2072 Local cache backup failed. The errors occur when logging into the laptop.

I have tried encrypting 2 Windows 7 laptops at this site and get the same results. However, on our other site the Technician was successfully able to encrypt a Windows 7 laptop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
