Managing user's quarantine

Is it possible to log to the quarantine portal with administrative user to manage the quarantine for all users ?

We'd like to let a "quarantine manager" to access the Quarantine portal and manage the quarantine for all users without giving it access to the admin portal , and release the message from the quarantine search

Hi Stefano,

This feature is already built into the admin UI .. Simply add the user from the add users menu and select the role of "help desk administrator" . This will allow said user to log into the admin UI but they will not have access to the "Configuration" menu ..

Help desk administrators can NOT release items that are quarantined as virus and such
