I have an oddity that I am wondering if anyone has seen before. I have the VM based version of the sophos email appliance. Not sure if that matters but I want to throw it out there, I have been running it since sometime in 2015 I think. When I first started running it I had this issue every so often but it seemed to clear itself up.
Basically the quarantine and mail queue graph in the dashboard displays quarantined amounts but when I run a report on the quarantined email it doesn't matter what age I specify it never returns any emails. Has anybody seen this before?
