How to By-Pass Spam Filter

We service that does monitoring for us.

The problem is these email alerts are getting spam quarantined.

What is the best way to get these alerts delivered.

From the message detail:

Received: from amazonses.com

but when the email gets delivered to the user's inbox the From is the senders email (xxxxx@comany.com).

I will not whitelist amazonses.com so how do I get these alerts delivered?

  • Administrators have the ability to allow users to edit their Allow/Block senders list from within the enduser quarantine interface.

    If the the number of users receiving these alerts is small, try using per user allow/block list.

    Or try making an additional policy based on keywords.
